Beauty or Boudoir Photography is a concept that has been around in America for many years. As the British are somewhat more reserved this concept has been slow to emerge but is becoming ever more popular.
Beauty portraits make an ideal gift for your spouse, partner or simply just for you. Your images can be as sensual or as provocative as you like. The emphasis is in drawing out your natural beauty in a relaxing scene. (This can be in the studio or on location)Imagine a sensual, romantic, glamorous relaxed image in any room and you have a perfect beauty portrait. It does not have to be a bedroom scene (but often is) where you can feel comfortable in your finest, sexiest lingerie or favourite clothes.
Beauty portraiture artistically posed portrays both the sensual and erotic but still leaves that little something for the imagination of the viewer.
Utilising skills and techniques developed in photographic studios, working with full-time models, we are able to offer Beauty Portraits to clients who wish to have an image of themselves that is more adventurous than a conventional portrait.
This sensual soft style is not limited to ladies; it makes an excellent classic romantic style for intimate but not necessarily explicit images of couples. Why not discuss it with your partner?
We take around 25 minutes to set up lighting and arrange the setting, then spend around 45 minutes on the actual photography, which normally will produce about 6 different shots. You will have the opportunity to change outfits if you wish, and you will be able to preview the images as we are shooting digitally.
Because everyone's perception of boudoir style photography is different I am quite willing to discuss your requirements and ensure that you have the session you desire, be as bold or as discreet as you wish, however you wish to be photographed the choice is yours. Clothed, lingerie, topless, semi-nude, nude- the decision is entirely yours.
Feeling a bit shy or reserved, concerned about being in front of a camera? – there is no need to worry we fully understand and do everything to make you feel at ease. You are always welcome to have a friend or chaperone with you.
Remember, you don't have to be a supermodel, and Beauty Portraits make great personal gift to a husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend or partner. You'll be surprised how easy it is - and how much fun!
Our service is totally private and confidential - your pictures will never appear on our web site or in print. Price includes a digital make-over. Please ask for details.

Beauty portrait starter session, in your home or other location:
£170 inclusive of a CD-ROM containing hi-res images for you to view on your PC and print out. £250 for the CD plus 20 of your favourite images in a presentation album.
